Samarth has been granted an exemption under 12AA Tax Act DIT(E)No.2(1855)07-08 dated 31 July 2008. Samarth has also obtained exemption u/s 80G(5) of Income Tax Act 1,1961 vide letter number 264.
Samarth has been registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 with the Registration number 075820400 dated 07 June 2011,
for carrying out social and Behavioral research. The FCRA has since been renewed for a period of five years with effect from 01.11.2016.
